1. Introduction

2. Eligibility
Use of the ppg99 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:
- You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. ppg99 strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register accounts or place wagers on ppg99.

ppg99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the timeframe specified by ppg99 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any bonus balances.
3. Account Registration & KYC
To access real-money services on ppg99, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all ppg99 accounts:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) ppg99 account. Creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
- Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your account's lifecycle.
- KYC Verification: ppg99 is required under Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all account holders. - Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. Players must opt in to bonuses where required; they are not automatically credited.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppg99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Registration or use of the platform by persons under 21 years of age
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or gain an unfair advantage
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms
- Fraudulent chargebacks or reversals of deposited funds after those funds have been wagered
- Money laundering or use of the ppg99 platform for any illegal financial activity
- Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent KYC documents

9. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from ppg99's intellectual property without prior written consent. The ppg99 name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law:
- ppg99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- ppg99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
- ppg99's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ppg99 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
- ppg99 is not responsible for losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or internet service disruptions.
11. Account Termination
ppg99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ppg99 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- These Terms have been violated
- The account holder is not eligible to use the platform
- Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ppg99
- A regulator, law enforcement authority, or court has directed ppg99 to do so
Upon account closure for cause, ppg99 may withhold any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Verified real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ppg99 support. Voluntary closure does not entitle the player to any bonus balances that remain subject to wagering requirements.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact ppg99 support to attempt informal resolution. ppg99 commits to responding to all formal complaints within seven (7) business days.
13. Amendments to These Terms
ppg99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the ppg99 website, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the ppg99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.
